Never the same workout twice.

We like to switch things up here, and keep you on your toes. That’s why we’re constantly innovating
and coming up with new exercises and routines, so you never get the same workout twice. Plus,
this way our workouts never become one of those “dull, boring, treadmill-style workouts” that we’ve
all experienced.

“Everyone knows that MMA fighters are the
most ripped, shredded dudes around”.

Now you can get your body into peak physical condition without having to fight.
Or maybe you want to compete. You’ll find exactly what you need here, too. After all,
you go as hard as you want in these classes. The sky’s the limit.

And ladies - no worries - you won’t get bulky. In fact, you’ll slim down!

“I’ve never looked
or felt so good.”

I’ve been trying forever to get toned, lean arms and abs. I’ve tried everything from diets to different workouts and exercise videos to personal trainers, and a ton more. It’s a little embarrassing to think how much money I’ve spent on this stuff.

Just a couple weeks into Cage Fitness I started to see my body change. And now, a couple months later, I’m looking AND feeling better than I ever have. This is the real deal. You guys rock!

“I’m simply blown away
by how awesome this is.”

My whole life I’ve been into “extreme” kinds of things. For
me to get anything out of a workout, it has to have three
things: first, it has to challenge me mentally and physically.
Second, it has to be DIFFERENT. I can’t stand boring,
treadmill workouts. And third, it has to be extremely fun.

If a workout isn’t fun, then I’m not gonna add boredom to
my life and force myself to go through it. Cage Fitness
meets all three of my criteria - and then some.

“I was worried that
this was just for guys...”

When a friend of mine told me I had to check this out, I was a little skeptical. I know MMA is a totally male sport, and 99% of the people who know Matt Hughes, are guys too. But, my friend was just so persistent that I decided to give it a shot.

Let me tell you, I am SO glad I did! this workout is for anyone. You can go at your own pace, and there’s no pressure to be a tough fighter or anything. Actually, I was surprised by how many girls were in the class. I thought I’d be all alone!

So anyway, if you’re a lady like me, and that’s the only thing holding you back - let it go! You will LOVE it.

“I’ve already shrunk out
of all my jeans.”

These workouts are the real thing! It’s so much fun that
when it’s over, you just want it to keep going. I recommend
this to anyone who’s tired of boring, repetitive workouts
and wants something awesome.

Oh, and I’ve already shrunk out of all my jeans. After
just a few weeks!

The most fat-melting 30 minutes of your life.

Even though the workout is just 30 minutes long - it’ll be the most intense 30-minute workout of your life.
No doubt about it. In fact, after just a few weeks of Cage Fitness, it’s very common for people to lose
15-20 pounds or more. And that’s with little to no diet change, too.

You’ll lose weight, and you’ll lose it fast. And on top of that - you’ll feel more energized and alive
than ever.

An extremely supportive environment.

We’ll push you to go past your limits - but your body, and what you can handle, always comes first. No
one here will ever “pressure” you or “force” you to do anything that you simply can’t.
We all have
our limits. Some of those limits can be exceeded. Others can’t. For the ones that can, we’ll be there to
motivate you every step of the way. For the ones that can’t, we’ll encourage you to do what you can,
and go at your own pace.

Five, 5-minute rounds. Just like the real thing. A championship MMA match has 5 rounds of 5 minutes.
And that’s exactly what you’ll find here. Pretend you’re in a real match, or just get in the zone and have
an awesome workout. It’s up to you.

Matt Hughes, 9-time UFC champion, is not just an expert at
martial arts. On his quest to become champion of the world,
he had to master something else:

Fitness.

With his super-intense fitness experience, combined with
pro athlete personal trainer Kai Fusser’s expertise - the
ultimate fitness & weight loss program was born: Cage
Fitness.

It's a powerful get-in-shape & lose-weight experience
hidden in fun UFC moves. Because of this, it's perfect for
everyone from an up and rising UFC star to a stay-at-home
mom looking to burn off some baby weight.

And because it's only 30 minutes, you can easily fit it
into your schedule
- no matter how busy you might be.
The best part is it’s more calorie-burning than 1-2 hour gym
workouts... It’s just a fraction of the time.

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Noun:

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full contact combat sport that allows a wide variety of fighting techniques and skills, from a mixture of other combat
sports, to be used in competitions. The rules allow the use of both striking as well as grappling techniques, both while standing and while on the
ground. Such competitions allow fighters of different backgrounds to compete.

The roots of modern mixed martial arts can be traced back to various mixed style contests that took place throughout Europe, Japan and the Pacific
Rim during the early 1900s. The combat sport of Vale Tudo that had developed in Brazil from the 1920s was brought to the United States by the
Gracie family in 1993 with the founding of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. Professional MMA events had also been held in Japan by Shooto
starting back in 1989. In due course the more dangerous Vale Tudo style bouts of the early UFCs were made safer with the implementation of
additional rules, leading to the popular regulated form of MMA seen today. Originally promoted as a competition with the intention of finding the
most effective martial arts for real unarmed combat situations, competitors were pitted against one another with minimal rules. Later promoters
adopted many additional rules aimed at increasing safety for competitors and to promote mainstream acceptance of the sport.
